Security that grows with your students

AuthCop supports a range of multi-factor authentication methods that schools can assign based on student age, year level, or group-ensuring both security and usability. Each method is configurable through policy, allowing administrators to tailor the experience to their school’s needs

  • QR Code Cards
Simple and visual, QR codes are ideal for younger students who may not have personal devices. They offer a fast, low-friction login experience and can be customized with mascots to make security friendly and engaging.
  • Email Passcodes
A secure one-time code is sent to the student’s email, offering a familiar and accessible method for middle-year students. This method encourages responsible email use and introduces basic verification concepts.
  • TOTP (Authenticator App)
Students use apps like Microsoft or Google Authenticator to generate time-based codes. This method builds independence and introduces students to industry-standard authentication practices.
  • Microsoft Teams Notifications
Students receive login approval requests via Teams, which can be accessed on any pre-approved device. This method is seamless and leverages tools students already use daily.
  • Passkeys
Passkeys use biometrics or device PINs for secure, passwordless login. They offer the highest level of security and a frictionless experience, ideal for senior students.

This flexible approach not only secures student accounts-it helps them build digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness as they grow.

Built for Learning, Not Just Logging In
